More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore featured in this recent image disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different areas of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Further images disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
